What I had:

Appetizer - Shrimp Brochette w/ marinated cucumber, roasted red pepper, salt cured black olive, mint vinaigrette

Main - Filet Mignon w/ oven roasted tomato fondue, pomme fourchette, Bordelaise vinaigrette

Dessert - Poppy Seed Shortcake w/ marinated fruits, vanilla gastrique, crème fraîche mousse

Appetizer - Charred scallop ceviche with shaved radish, roasted poblanos and crispy potato

Main - Roasted Striploin with double smoked bacon potato gratin, sauteed spinach and fried leeks

Dessert - Black forest macaron sandwich with a cherry gastrique

Main - Pan seared Orata fillet, chick pea panella with shrimp, capers, olives, tomato salsa

Dessert - White chocolate panna cotta with espresso sauce
